This saves our students time and money, as one family can take multiple instruments on the same day. And we have lessons in all of the most popular instruments: Electric and Acoustic Guitar, Bass, Voice, Piano, Drum set, percussion, woodwinds and more added frequently! We also have group lessons, ensembles, and recitals.

2. We offer individual one on one instruction in our private lessons.
In our one on one classes, each student will get the attention, motivation, and the encouragement they need to become the musician they envision themselves to be. Private lessons are hands on and focused on what the students need to learn. You can only go so far learning online or from a book. It is much easier learning the correct way now, then to unlearn your bad habits later.

6. Fully stocked lesson rooms.
Our lesson rooms are stocked with everything you need for music lessons. Including guitar amps, stereos, iPod hookups, full drum kits with pads, keyboards, guitar stands, music stands, footstools, guitar picks, and more. All you need to bring is your guitar, bass, drumsticks, or woodwind instrument and your lesson books. As well as having a professional and fun environment for our students, we also have a safe environment. Each lesson room has glass doors for a full view of all our staff and students as well as a safe, well lit parking lot for students walking in or parents dropping off students at the door. It is an end unit with a sidewalk so you can ensure that your child is safe.

7. Performance and interaction opportunities.
CRP Music has a Winter and Summer Recital as well as other performance opportunities throughout the year. We feel that it is just as important to learn how to play with other musicians as well as learning to play your instrument. Our music recitals are unlike any other recital you have seen. High tech equipment, stage, lights, and screen where we play videos and have the students names during the show.

8. Professional office staff to serve you.
Our friendly office staff is always ready to answer any questions that you have and will keep you up to date with what’s going on at CRP Music. We also are adding many other ways to keep in touch with our students and parents. Monthly newsletters that are sent to your home, email newsletters, quarterly progress reports, and student teacher meetings that can be set up so you know exactly how your child is doing. We strongly encourage parent and teacher communication.

9. We are conveniently located in the Boro Plaza on Route 46 in Rockaway.
Due to it’s central location, our school is convenient to all of Rockaway and it’s surrounding areas. It is only minutes from Denville, Dover, Randolph, Parsippany, and all other areas near Morris County. Within walking distance of our school there is great shopping, dining, gyms, salons, and more! We are only minutes from Copeland, Birchwood, Dwyer, O’Brien, Malone, Stony Brook, Morris Hills, and Morris Knolls.

10. Student Discount Cards.
We have everything a student needs to kickoff their musical career. We offer guitars, guitar and bass amps, books, slides, straps, capoes, guitar and bass strings, gig bags, guitar picks, lesson materials, and much more. All of our students get regular discounts on products, and services that we offer to ensure that they can always maintain their instruments properly and have quality gear throughout their music journey.

11. Month to month lessons.
At CRP, we do not require semester minimums for private lessons. Every student here is on a month to month basis, If you are ready to start, you have nothing to lose as we only want students who truly want to be here and we will not commit you to a long term contract. Although we do have students that have been with us for over 10 years.

12. Quarterly Progress Reports.
We are the FIRST and ONLY school in Rockaway that gives out quarterly progress reports to all of our students and parents. We want you to know exactly how you and/or your child is doing in lessons. We will tell you if a guitar student knows their scales, piano student is practicing their piece for their recital, or if a bass student can run through their arpeggios. We will also inform you of things that the student needs to improve on their instrument and reccommend different activities for the student to do to further their music abilities.
